These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your use of the mobile game «Do or Drink» («Game») created by Dmytro Radchenko («Developer», «we», «our», «us»). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ukraine.
