This End User License Agreement («Agreement») is a legal agreement between you («User») and Dmytro Radchenko («Developer», «we», «our», or «us») for the use of the mobile game «Do or Drink» («Game»). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license allows you to access the content, features, and functionalities of the Game, including any subscriptions and advertising that may be present.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree to the following restrictions:
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Game, except as expressly permitted by law.
- No Sharing of Accounts: You may not share, rent, lease, or distribute your account or access to the Game to any third party.
- No Bypassing Subscriptions: You may not attempt to bypass or disable subscription requirements or any other technological protection measures in the Game.
- No Unauthorized Distribution: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
3. Termination of License
We may terminate your license to use the Game immediately if you:
- Violate any terms of this Agreement.
- Fail to make required subscription payments.
- Misuse the Game in any way.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to all graphics, designs, text, and software, are owned by Dmytro Radchenko. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are granted a license to use the Game only under the terms specified in this Agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dmytro Radchenko shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or any legal consequences resulting from your use of the Game. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
